Clear, well-lit photos taken at eye level work best. Make sure your pet’s face isn’t blurry or cropped. If we need a better image, we’ll contact you.

Yes. We send a digital preview for approval before we print and frame your portrait.

Artwork is typically completed within X–X days. Once approved, printing and framing takes 2-3 days. Hand delivery schedules are once a month but we can provide expedited delivery for an additional fee.

We deliver within a 35km radius of Melbourne. We do not courier art as it is likely to get damaged.
